Rio Rancho Among Top 100 Livable Cities Last year, Rio Rancho was ranked as the 83rd best city by CNN/Money Magazine, but this year it jumped 27 spots to No. 56. The City of Vision is joined this year by the City Different, as Santa Fe took the No. 72 spot. Fort Collins, Colo. was voted as the top city to live in the country. (See money.cnn.com )
